Picked up our brand new 2025 Travel Lite Rove XL, yesterday afternoon, everyone was great to work with but I have to call out Austin as just amazing. Not only did he takes us thru the whole trailer, explaining in great detail how everything worked, but also giving us some tips that you would only learn after many years of camping. What makes him amazing is his dedication to their customers, we were still loading and getting the camper ready to pull at 5PM closing time on Friday, everyone else had left for the day, but Austin hung in to make sure everything was working right. At the last minute trying to lock the storage doors, we found that the locks were not keyed properly to the door. Again, Austin hung in and was able to pull the cylinder, find out the correct key # and get us two keys from the GM. I definitely recommend you buy your RV from Markquart RV, but Insist on having Austin as you final "Go-Thru" Man!!

Everything about our buying experience was excellent - Kevin (sales) and Austin (service/walk thru) were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Kevin was one of the few sales people I've not wanted to walk out on, helpful but not high pressure. I'd recommend him to anyone.
